EHS-Trainings

Based on the Fair Magnet Factory Assessment / EHS Audit, an EHS training program tailored to each supplier facility is developed. This program strengthens competencies in environmental protection, occupational safety, and sustainable business management. It includes the following modules:

  • Leadership techniques for managers
    Legal compliance and operational responsibility in implementing statutory requirements and internal processes
  • Green Procurement
     Introduction to sustainable procurement strategies and environmental criteria across the supply chain
  • Core competencies for EHS staff
    Practical knowledge in risk assessment, chemical control, waste and energy management
  • EHS knowledge for key personnel
    Training for team leaders, production managers, and technical staff to implement legal and customer-specific requirements
  • ESG (Environment, Social, Governance)
    Fundamentals of sustainable corporate governance, relation to EU due diligence legislation, and practical steps to prepare for customer requirements
  • CO₂ emissions & carbon management
    Introduction to the EU “net zero” climate target, emissions trading system (ETS), and carbon border adjustment mechanism (CBAM)

The trainings are conducted by the EHS Academy, an institute at Nanjing University specialized in improving environmental protection and occupational safety in Chinese industry.
